Our Mission

Kaitūao o te Taitonga | Volunteer South seeks to celebrate, support, highlight and motivate volunteering in the Southern region of Aotearoa New Zealand.

Our Vision

Our vision is for supportive interdependent communities where volunteering is recognised and respected, is life-enhancing for the individual, and advances the common good.

How We Create Change

We engage and support both tūao volunteers and volunteer-involving organisations and community groups in the Southern region of Aotearoa New Zealand.

The health and safety of our children and beneficiaries is always our priority; accordingly our in country managers are applying the critical incident management plan we have developed that covers hygiene as well as isolation in some cases....
