Harbour Hospice strives to provide quality end of life care until death for everyone in our region.

How We Create Change

Harbour Hospice is a specialist, palliative care provider for families living in the Hibiscus Coast, North Shore and Warkworth / Wellsford communities. We provide compassionate, free care working primarily with patients, families and carers in their homes, and also within our three hospice sites.

Our friendly and dedicated healthcare professionals include specialist nurses, doctors and family support teams. Together we’re committed to supporting your wellbeing in every way – medically, spiritually, psychologically and socially with an emphasis on helping people live every moment in whatever way is important to them.

Our Story

On 1 July 2018 Hibiscus Hospice, North Shore Hospice and Warkworth Wellsford Hospice merged to form a single charitable trust, Harbour Hospice. As one organisation now we share scarce resources, skill and expertise to keep providing free palliative services to one of the fastest growing areas in New Zealand.
